Delivery

• Belgrade: free delivery.
• All of Serbia: courier service — you pay shipping to the courier on delivery.
• In-store pickup in-store: free and −10% na cenu.

Payment

• Cash on delivery with a mandatory 2,000 RSD deposit (paid to our bank account), which is deducted from the amount you pay the courier.
• Bank transfer by bank transfer (deposit or full amount) — also by scanning the IPS QR code.

Warranty & Returns

• Warranty 6 months on all devices (unless stated otherwise in the listing).
• Right of return in line with consumer protection law — contact us by phone/Viber/WhatsApp before sending.
