We handle that by arrangement: get in touch ahead of time, tell us how many units, for which date and what needs to be on them. If you need uniform configurations (same or similar model, same software), we can arrange that too, depending on what&#8217;s currently available. The earlier you reach out, the more room we have to put together exactly what suits you.<\/p>\n<h2>Preparation, pickup and return<\/h2>\n<p>Before it goes out, every laptop passes through our repair shop: cleaned, tested and configured, with a guarantee that it works. You can pick up the equipment in person at one of our <a href=\"\/en\/lokacije\/\">three stores in Belgrade<\/a>, or we ship it by courier anywhere in Serbia \u2014 details are on the <a href=\"\/en\/dostava-i-povracaj\/\">delivery and returns<\/a> page. After the event, the equipment goes back the same way. If your event runs longer than planned, we extend the rental period by arrangement.<\/p>\n<h2>Pricing and terms<\/h2>\n<p>Rental runs by the day, week or month \u2014 the daily rate drops the longer the period, so multi-day events work out cheaper than you&#8217;d expect at first glance. You&#8217;ll see the exact price on each laptop&#8217;s page once you enter the number of days. You sign a rental agreement, and the refundable deposit is returned in full when the equipment comes back in working order. For companies we issue an agreement and an invoice, with payment by bank transfer \u2014 all we need is your tax ID (PIB) and company registration number.
