In both cases the answer is the same: <strong>rent a laptop for exactly as long as you need it<\/strong>, and decide later.<\/p>\n<h2>When renting makes more sense than buying<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Exam season<\/strong> \u2014 you need a machine for a couple of weeks, for a paper, a presentation or an online exam.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Longer periods<\/strong> \u2014 take a laptop for a month or more; the daily rate drops the longer you rent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your laptop died right before a deadline<\/strong> \u2014 no time to wait for a repair. Grab a replacement and keep working. The rule is simple: <strong>the longer you rent, the less you pay per day<\/strong>. Rates are tiered (1\u20132 days, 3\u20137, 8\u201315, 16\u201330 days and monthly). On each laptop&#8217;s page, enter the number of days and you&#8217;ll see the exact price right away.<\/p>\n<p>The period is agreed upfront, and if you end up needing it longer \u2014 just get in touch and we&#8217;ll arrange an extension.<\/p>\n<h2>What paperwork you need<\/h2>\n<p>Just an <strong>ID card or passport<\/strong>. We sign a rental agreement and you leave a refundable deposit \u2014 returned in full when you bring the laptop back in working order.
