The common thread is simple: you need the equipment briefly, but it has to work flawlessly at exactly the moment when there’s no time for a second chance.<\/p>\n
When you order ten laptops for a training session, the last thing you want is ten different machines behaving in ten different ways. We solve that by making sure the batch we send you is as uniform as possible \u2014 the same model or at least a very close one, the same operating system, the same settings. The participant in the first row and the one in the last row are working on the same thing.<\/p>\n
Every machine passes through our hands before it leaves the store: a system clean-up, battery check, keyboard and screen test, and installation of the basic software you need. For ordinary office training, business laptops<\/a> are plenty. If the event involves something more demanding \u2014 graphics, video editing, CAD \u2014 we’re talking workstations<\/a> or more powerful machines with a good GPU<\/a>. For schools and educational programmes where affordable and simple is what matters, there are student laptops<\/a>.<\/p>\n We know how event day goes \u2014 a hundred things happening at once, and you have no time to run around town picking up equipment. That’s why, for larger orders, we arrange delivery straight to the venue, whether it’s a hall, a hotel conference room, an office space or a booth at a trade show.<\/p>\n If needed, we bring the machines in, place them on the tables, power them up, and check that each one works and connects to the network. You look after your guests, we look after the tech. That’s especially useful with a larger number of devices \u2014 setting up twenty laptops right before an event starts is no small job, and it’s better handled by someone who does it every day.<\/p>\n The earlier you tell us what you need on the machines, the fewer surprises on event day. Here’s what’s worth preparing and sending us in advance:<\/p>\n The bottom line: the more we handle at the store, the calmer your event day is. Nobody likes installing software while guests are walking into the room.<\/p>\n The end of an event is usually just as exhausting as the start \u2014 everyone’s tired, there’s packing, cleaning, closing up the venue. Returning a pile of laptops is the last thing you want on your list. So for larger rentals we come and collect the equipment once the event is over, at a time we agree on. You hand the machines over in one place, we pack them up and take them away. No running around, no „who’s going to return all this“.<\/p>\n How far in advance should I book?<\/strong> For one or two devices we can often manage on short notice, but for bigger batches \u2014 say ten, fifteen, twenty identical machines \u2014 get in touch as early as you can. That gives us time to prepare the equipment properly and make sure we have enough units for your date. A week ahead is usually plenty; for big events, even earlier.<\/p>\n Do you deliver outside Belgrade?<\/strong> Our base is in Belgrade, with three locations in the city. For events outside Belgrade we work things out case by case \u2014 tell us the city and the date, and we’ll see what’s doable and on what terms.<\/p>\n How does the deposit work when I’m renting multiple units?<\/strong> For larger orders and companies, we work out the terms by agreement, depending on the number of devices, the rental duration, and whether it’s a one-off event or a recurring collaboration.
