How far in advance should I book? For one or two devices we can often manage on short notice, but for bigger batches — say ten, fifteen, twenty identical machines — get in touch as early as you can. That gives us time to prepare the equipment properly and make sure we have enough units for your date. A week ahead is usually plenty; for big events, even earlier.

Do you deliver outside Belgrade? Our base is in Belgrade, with three locations in the city. For events outside Belgrade we work things out case by case — tell us the city and the date, and we’ll see what’s doable and on what terms.

How does the deposit work when I’m renting multiple units? For larger orders and companies, we work out the terms by agreement, depending on the number of devices, the rental duration, and whether it’s a one-off event or a recurring collaboration.
