The training starts Monday, and there are no computers

A familiar situation. A company organizes internal training, a coding school enrolls a new group, an agency runs a course for twenty-odd participants. The room is there, the instructor is there — but everyone brings their own laptop and half the session goes to „it doesn’t work on mine“. Different systems, different software versions, one laptop won’t even turn on.

That’s why training sessions and courses work on a simple principle with us: you take several laptops at once, we prepare them, you run the training, and you return everything when it’s over.

Uniform equipment — everyone works on the same setup

This is the biggest difference compared to „let everyone bring their own“. When the whole group works on identical or comparable equipment, the instructor tells one story, not twenty. Every laptop goes through our service workshop before it goes out: cleaned, tested and configured, with a guarantee that it works.

Preparation for your specific course is arranged in advance — tell us what the participants need and we’ll set it up. For most training sessions, business laptops are more than enough, and for heavier work like video editing or 3D there are workstations.

The rental lasts as long as your training does

Rentals run by the day, week or month, and the daily rate drops the longer the period. The rates are tiered: one to two days, three to seven, eight to fifteen, sixteen to thirty days, plus a monthly rate. A weekend workshop, a two-week course or a semester-long program — each has its own math.

The exact price is listed on each laptop’s page, and all rates in one place are in the public rental price list. If the course runs longer than planned, extensions are easy — get in touch before the rental ends and we’ll continue.

Pickup, delivery, return

For multiple devices at once, everything is arranged upfront:

• Pickup at one of our three stores in Belgrade (locations) or courier delivery anywhere in Serbia — straight to the address where the training takes place.
• The laptops arrive ready to work, prepared exactly as agreed.
• After the training you return everything — no storage, no depreciation, no computers gathering dust until the next group.

The paperwork is short. You sign a rental agreement with a refundable deposit — the deposit is returned when the equipment comes back in working order. Individuals need an ID card or passport. Companies need their tax ID and registration number — they get a contract and an invoice, payment by bank transfer, which usually means more to the accounting department than anything else.

Who stands behind the equipment

Rentalaptop is run by the BG Computers repair shop — the workshop and the rental business are under the same roof. That means every laptop has been through a technician’s hands, not just a warehouse. And if you notice anything odd with a device during the training, call us right away — we’ll work out a solution. The same principle applies to our replacement laptop while yours is being repaired.
